Grace Gill - Head Choir Director


Grace Gill has been teaching in the RISD for the past 6 years. She was the choir director at Parkhill Junior High from 2017-2019. Prior to teaching in Richardson, Grace was the Head Choir Director at Deer Creek High School in Edmond, Oklahoma. 

At Pearce, Grace directs the Acappella Choir and Forte. Her choirs earn consistently high ratings at competitions and festivals.

In 2013, Grace was honored to receive recognition from Deer Creek Public Schools as their Teacher of the Year. 

​Grace is a product of the RISD, attending Richardson schools and graduating from J.J. Pearce High School in 2006. She received her Bachelor of Music Education and Vocal Performance degrees from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of ACDA, TMEA and TCDA. Grace is married to Ian Gill and they have one child, Cooper, who turns three in October!





Amanda Wilson - Associate Choir Director


Amanda Wilson is in her fourth year of teaching at Pearce High School. She received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of TMEA and TCDA. At the University of Oklahoma, she sang in the OU Chorale, Singing Sooners, and was a chorus member in university opera productions. She currently works as a singer at Highland Park Presbyterian Church and the Highland Park Chorale. Amanda is the High School Choir Director at Highland Park Presbyterian Church.

​At Pearce, Amanda teaches Tenor/Bass Choir, Bella Voce Treble Choir, and Mustangs On Stage, alongside Heather Biddle. She is thrilled to be apart of the Pearce Area Choir team and is ready for another wonderful year!
